Chinese netizens have launched manhunt to oust the molester and the person photographed the act. An extremely intoxicated woman was sitting in front of a Good Cafe' at Nanyang city in central China's Henan province on the night of July 5th when a man approached her, not to see if she needed a taxi, but to slide off her underwear from underskirt and put his fingers in that special place.
